Vangaveeti Radha quits YSRCP

20 January 2019

Another blow to YCP while the elections are only few months away. Vangaveeti Radha Krishna, one of the key members of the YSP has quit the party. Vangaveeti sent his resignation letter to the Chief of the party, Jagan Mohan Reddy on Sunday.

This move was leaked within the party and Jagan did everything what he could in order to hold him to the pary. Radha took only 30 minutes of time after the YCP leader, Botsa Satyanarayana met with Radha to negotiate with him to revisit his decision.

The root cause of the problem was Radha Krishna had been very particular about contesting from Vijayawada central constituency in the upcoming elections. Seemingly, this request was deliberately rejected by the YCP chief Jagan which upset Vangaveeti.

Ever since this happened, Vangaveeti Radha Krishna had been staying away from the party activities including his involvement of Jagan's Praja Sankalpa Yatra.

So, speculation had already gone up to the sky about Radha planned to leave YCP and to get into Pawan’s Janasena Party.

However, the first half of the above statement had become correct. And, the time only can shed some more light to the second half of the statement whether it becomes false or true.

Though Mr. Botsa tried to assure Mr. Vangaveeti that the party leadership will consider his wish of contesting from his chosen constituency and will do justice, his efforts remained futile.
