Andhra Pradesh records 420 and Telangana crosses 530 plus Corona positive cases on April 12 while overall country has registered 9204 positive cases out of which 327 died across the country so far.
The central government has decided to extend the lockdown for two more weeks. A several states governments have proactively steped forward to extend the lockdown, among them Telangana is one of those states and Andhra is not. CM Jagan is currently more inclined to lift the lockdown in AP and he is looking into the options of continuing the lockdown only across the COVID hotspot areas that are currently identified as Red Zones. But Jagan’s decision is being subjected to a lot of criticism as experts as this was not a good idea to implement.
