Maoist Threat to Chandrababu Naidu

Home Ministry of India have alerted Andhra Pradesh over threat to Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu. Director General of Police (DGP) N Sambasiva Rao revealed the same in Vijayawada.

 

Maoists have suffered a major blow recently at Andhra Odisha Border, have allegedly conducted a recce at AP Bhavan in New Delhi. Around 30 Maoist were killed during the encounter. Many killed were Maoist leader. RK aka Rama Krishna reportedly escaped with injuries. Maoist have allegedly targeted Nara Chandrababu Naidu for Andhra Odisha Border encounter. As per the intelligence sources, Maoists have conducted a recce many times at AP Bhavan , may have been targeted Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu or other Minister who are visiting New Delhi.

 

AP Police are coordinating with Delhi Police to collect the photographs of those who have conducted Recce at AP Bhavan through the available CCTV Footage.

 

Chandrababau Naidu survived a bomb attack by Naxals in October , 2003 at Alipiri near Tirupati. He had a miraculous escape with minor injuries.
