Healthy tips to lose weight fast and for beautiful life

  • Take a 10-30 minute walk every day and while you walk, smile. It is the ultimate anti- depressant.
  • Sit in silence for at least 10 minutes a day
  • Eat more fruits and green vegetables
  • Drink Green tea and plenty of water
  • Eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a pauper
  • Don’t waste your precious time and energy on past and negative thoughts or things which cannot be controlled, always think positive and live the present moment
  • Always believe, no one is in charge of your happiness except you.
  • Remember that you are too blessed to be stressed.
